The Sacred Clay of Father Girr's Grave
When Thomas Cahill wrote 'How the Irish Saved Civilization' in 1995, no one could have guessed that Ireland may well be saving the world again in the 2020's. In an age when folk remedies, especially the strange charms and cures practised in Irish folk medicine, are treated with contempt and dismissed as superstition, a few radical scientists are taking a much closer look.
We will be discussing one of the most important scientific finds of our generation, the local cures and charms that led to the discovery and what it may mean for the future of our species.

"I have been diving into the online conference, as I couldn't attend live, and I have been just blown away. Totally. Like never before. The presenters and the material have been just extraordinary. But it is so much more. This conference has so opened my eyes to something so so profound... how alive, contemporary and evolving Irish paganism is. I know that this is no surprise to you, but as a solitary, wandering soul in exile in a far away land it has been incredibly exciting. Thank you so much for putting this together and sharing your world with us."
