We all know we should be working direct from the Irish Lore in our Irish Spiritual practices, and not from some cute sparkly website or pretty packaged book… But, where do we start?! It’s a bit of a minefield, let’s be honest.
Few of them Irish gods and heroes have simple, clear, easy family trees, origin stories, or neat concise legends to work from. And if by chance they do – sure isn’t there 14 different recensions (versions) stretched piecemeal across 4 different manuscripts and fragments, with language dating them each to different time periods? Very confusing altogether.
Lora O’Brien has been working with her native Irish lore for a very long time. Professionally, as a tour guide, heritage site manager, and teacher. And personally, through her whole life, seeking spiritual sustenance and guidance in the legends of her ancestors.
This course will help you to explore the lore sources that are available to you, in a usable, practical way. You'll learn about:
The class includes an hour of Teaching Presentation, then a separate Guided Journey to explore the lore directly – using Lora’s native Irish Otherworld Journeying method. This Class, and the Guided Journey, are suitable for beginners, as well as those with more experience in other traditions.
The Curriculum includes:

"Lora's work is well written expert material about her home and culture that only only one born to it can have. She teaches in ways that engages and invites the participant into a deep relationship with the material. Direct and to the point, while sharing how she built the conclusions drawn. I would encourage anyone wanting to build a strong relationship with pagan Ireland look at her work first."
